Against the awe-inspiring backdrop of the majestic Dolomites, in the heart of a beautiful UNESCO world heritage site, the ski lifts will open in Alta Badia on Saturday, December 1st. But there’s an equally important event to celebrate the very next day. A Taste for Skiing, featuring a winning combination of winter sports, mouth-watering cuisine and the finest Alto Adige/Südtirol wines, will see the introduction of Slope Food and the inaugural Gourmet Skisafari.
