A personal invitation to Snowboxx
Join Alpe d’Huez grand domaine Ski for the biggest and best high-altitude festival
Fully recharged and raring to go for 2015, Snowboxx festival is back . . . and it promises to be bigger and better than ever. Following two successive sell-out events in Andorra, Snowboxx 2015 has found a new home in the Southern French Alps. Thrill-seekers, adrenaline junkies and music lovers from all over the world are invited to join in the high altitude action in fabulous Alpe d’Huez.
Last year saw no fewer than 2,500 snow seekers and party people gather together on Vallnord in Andorra to sample the hedonistic delights of Snowboxx. For 2015, the ante has been well and truly upped. At a dizzy 2100 metres in the middle of the mountains, Alpe d’Huez is the perfect Snowboxx setting.
Year-round snow, an incredible 250 km of pistes, unbelievable off piste action and one of the most modern lift systems in the world – coupled, of course, with more parties and even bigger artists – mean that Snowboxx Alpe d’Huez 2015 promises to be the ultimate festival break for adventurous pleasure seekers.
Enjoy the top acts
Scheduled to take place from March 21st – 28th, Snowboxx 2015 has already secured performances by music heavyweights 2ManyDJ’s, Horse Meat Disco and Blonde amongst others – and there will be plenty more top acts to be revealed in the build-up to the event.
If that’s not enough to whet the appetite, perhaps the jam-packed event schedule might?
Alpe d’Huez will be transformed into the ideal high-altitude “festival village” for Snowboxx 2015 so no matter where fans are in the village, there is something for everyone.
On offer is acrobatic skiing displays from the legendary ESF instructors, daily apres-ski sessions hosted by 80’s party starters Retro Rentals, karaoke ski cabins, ice sculptures, endless parties, retro olympics in the snow park, mountain art projects, a fancy dress world record attempt, an Ibiza-style champagne terrace complete with dancers, musicians, visuals and fireworks, and a truly indulgent food market offering mouthwatering fare including fondue, raclette and chilled wine throughout the day and night.
Take time out to relax
After a hard day on the slopes (or for the party-fatigued) there is also plenty on offer to revive and refresh – everything from oriental spas and open air swimming pools to an ice-rink and even slopeside yoga.
As always with Snowboxx, there’s a myriad of different events and alternative activities to tantalise every taste bud – and, best of all, they’re all included in the package price.
As with Mainstage Travel’s summer packages, Snowboxxers are treated to the best parties and events as well as a range of accommodation that is tailored to each individual’s requirements. Snowboxx has even more options available for 2015, from luxury chalets to budget apartments and 2-4 star hotels, as well as transfers, equipment hire and lessons.
All tickets can be booked on the Snowboxx booking page, making it even easier to sign up to an unforgettable week of high altitude, high octane fun.
