Experience Off-Piste Skiing in Les Diablerets with Solos Holidays
For experienced solo skiers seeking adventure, Solos Holidays invites guests to the stunning alpine village of Les Diablerets. Nestled in the heart of the Vaud Alps, just 90 minutes from Geneva, this picturesque resort offers the perfect setting for a week of exhilarating off-piste skiing.
This exclusive Solos trip is tailored for advanced skiers looking to push their limits and explore new challenges. Four days of the seven-day trip will be guided tuition with specialist English-speaking instructors. With small group sizes—six skiers per instructor—there’s ample opportunity for personalised coaching on technique, safety protocols, and the use of essential off-piste equipment. The experience runs from 9 am to 4 pm daily, with a one-hour lunch break, allowing skiers to enjoy both the slopes and the beauty of their surroundings.
Les Diablerets is the perfect base, offering access to several diverse ski areas covered by the Alpes Vaudoises ski pass. Skiers can start in the Meilleret ski area, just a short walk from the charming Hotel Les Sources, a family-run hotel in traditional Swiss style, where guests will be staying for the week. More challenging slopes can be found on the expansive runs of Villars, which are just a gondola ride away. The snow-sure Glacier 3000 ski area, famed for its year-round skiing, is also easily accessible via a 15-minute bus ride, with the bus stop conveniently located only three minutes from the hotel.
After a day on the mountain, evenings in Les Diablerets offer a peaceful respite. With a relaxed après-ski atmosphere, this resort is the ideal place to unwind and recharge, making it perfect for skiers who prefer a more serene experience. The final two days are reserved for free skiing at leisure, offering solo travellers plenty of time to explore Les Diablerets’ varied terrains at their own pace.
Solos Holidays promises an unforgettable week in this traditional Swiss mountain village. With its year-round snow and expert-led off-piste tuition, this trip is ideal for skiers eager to take their skills to the next level.
