AliKats adds new Chalet Sarcleret to its bespoke collection in Morzine, France

AliKats adds the beautiful Chalet Sarcleret to its bespoke collection in Morzine, France – bringing the company’s total number of chalets for the 2023/24 winter to 13. Chalet Sarcleret (sleeping 14) will open for skiers and snowboarders on 16 December 2023.

Taking its namesake from a traditional farming tool – like a hoe – that has been used in and around the Alps for generations, Chalet Sarcleret is all about creating a bond between people and the mountains.

After being thoughtfully renovated earlier this year by Nicole Salvesen of Salvesen Graham interior design and decoration specialist based in London, there are plenty of English country home vibes (think soft patchwork quilts, tasteful floral touches, and soothing organic colours). Its lofty ceilings and striking wood architecture add Rocky Mountain flavours and bolder vibes into the mix too.

Families and friends can make use of the six en-suite bedrooms, plus a fun bunk room for up to six children. Chalet Sarcleret also has a welcoming open plan living and dining area, perfect for socialising. Plus, with its cinema room, outdoor hot tub, and balcony with stunning views of the valley, there are plenty of places to relax with a glass of wine or refreshing beer after an exhilarating day on the slopes.

During winter, stays at Chalet Sarcleret include AliKats’ Classic Catered Package: expect sparkling wine and canapés on arrival; continental and/or cooked breakfast with fresh croissants, fruit and smoothies, plus delectable afternoon tea with cakes and savouries every day; delicious four-course meals on five evenings; a cheeseboard on two nights; a fantastic range of unlimited wine complimenting evening meals; and committed service from the AliKats team.

Despite the chalet being in Morzine, a chauffeur will be on hand to whisk guests to the lifts, restaurants and shops of central Morzine. The chauffeur will be available from 08.00-22.00 on five days, and from 08.00-18.00 on staff nights off.

Chalet Sarcleret can either be booked for a short break (three nights minimum, between Saturday and Saturday) or on a week’s stay.

A three-night catered stay at Chalet Sarcleret, during winter 2023/24, costs from €550 / £472 pp (based on two sharing a room).

A week’s stay at Chalet Sarcleret, from 16 December 2023, costs from €1,070 / £917 total for 12 people sharing the chalet on a Classic Catered Package. Extra guests (13 and 14) will be charged 50% of the price pp for a week during winter.
